Northwestern College is seeking applicants for the position of head athletic performance coach with a start date of January 1. The position is a full-time, 10-month (August to May), dual role appointment with some teaching duties and responsibilities within the kinesiology department. The successful candidate will work directly with the director of athletic performance and will also report to the kinesiology department chair for academic duties. This position will manage and implement athletic performance training for football and other designated sports as coordinated with the director of athletic performance. The head athletic performance coach will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Korver Athletic Performance Center.
