The Associate Head Coach Cross Country/Assistant Track and Field Coach assists the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and coaching of the Siena Heights University Track and Field and Cross Country teams. The Coach is further responsible for providing a quality athletic program for student athletes through pre and postseason training/conditioning, intercollegiate competition, student athlete recruitment and monitoring of academic progress. Recruiting student athletes for the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track program. Develops a relationship with the stakeholders in the sport of Men’s and Women’s Cross Country & Track and works to establish the Siena Heights University reputation in the community.
