South Dakota State University is accepting applications for an Assistant Athletic Director - Premium Sales. This position will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation and reaching sales goals while developing new leads for our premium stadium seating. We’re looking for an individual who is motivated and results-driven to join our team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree by start date;
At least one year of knowledge and/or experience with ticket sales and operations;
General knowledge of and understanding with sales and marketing concepts;
Experience with donor relations/cultivation/fundraising;
Portray excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal);
Excellent customer service skills;
Ability to be a self starter and work independently; and
Ability to work various hours including nights and weekends.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of collegiate athletics;
Knowledge of premium sales;
Division I athletic experience; and
Understanding of fundraising concepts and practices in an athletic setting.
