Ball State’s Intercollegiate Athletics welcomes applications for an Assistant Softball Coach.

Position Function: Develop softball student-athletes on and off the field and assist the Head Coach with program management.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or a closely related field from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Collegiate playing experience at a competitive level and/or softball coaching experience. Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree.
