ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Serves as a member of the athletics leadership team, ensuring an exceptional student-athlete experience and alignment with the AIC strategic plan. Provides guidance and leadership of all sports medicine and performance services and ensures the health, well-being, and safety of AIC's student-athletes in accordance with the NATA, NCAA, Northeast 10, Atlantic Hockey, NIRA, and AIC regulations.
