The Director of Professional Sport is a key contributor to Drug Free Sport International’s and International Doping Tests & Management (DFSI-IDTM) by overseeing the collection management and administration of NASCAR, IDTM US operations, and other general professional sport clients. The Director of Professional Sport will assist the Vice President of Professional Sport Drug Testing with financial reporting including budget management and crew payment structures, and will interact with applicable clients and their staff and medical advisors to ensure an efficient, professional and confidential collection programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to Drug Free Sport clients and maintain strong, positive working relationships and consistent communication with other Drug Free Sport employees as part of a team-centered work environment.
Understands and applies quality principles to daily responsibilities; collaborates with others on quality objectives; and addresses nonconformities as appropriate.
Responsible for the management and administration of the collection process for applicable Professional Sport programs including but not limited to:
Maintain positive relationships with constituents including clientele staff, representatives, athletic trainers, and medical advisors.
Assist with developing and monitoring program budgets.
Scheduling including collectors and laboratories.
Equipment and supply inventory.
On-site supervision at collection sites.
Participate in meetings with applicable clients including in-person.
Annual client protocols updates.
Supervise and manage team of program managers.
Provide support, including evenings and weekends, to independent collection contractors during scheduled testing events.
Respond to inquiries pertaining to applicable professional sport drug-testing protocol, policies and scheduling.
Collaborate with Collector Development and Quality Assurance to ensure client needs are met.
Travel as needed, including short notice, within the United States and foreign jurisdictions.
Team with Collector Development for management of independent collection contractors in high need areas.
Evaluate and address collection issues.
