Virginia United FC/ New River United is looking to hire a full-time staff coach to oversee the NPL programming in the New River Valley of Virginia. This candidate would be required to coach at least 2 teams in the NPL program. This position would support the NRU Executive Director and Virginia United Directors in all aspects of the boys and girl’s competitive program, potentially including, but not limited to: on field coaching of games, training and camp sessions; training, game and tournament scheduling; execution of the tryout and team placement process; player development, recruitment and identification within the VUFC/NRU Youth Academy and NRU Recreation program; player and parent education; part time coach supervision; and assisting with additional local programming within the lar
