VUFC Director of Boys Soccer Virginia United FC is looking to hire a full-time staff member to: (1) serve as the technical director to oversee the programming, coaching and training for VUFC boys travel program from U11-U19 and (2) oversee the New River Valley (NRV) NPL Director. The candidate would be required to coach at least 2 teams in the ECNL program. The position would support the VUFC Executive Director/Head of Soccer in all aspects of the VUFC boys competitive travel programs, potentially including, but not limited to: oversight of boys travel program; development and supervision of boys travel program coaches; training curriculum development and implementation; on field coaching of games, training and camp sessions; training, game and tournament schedul
