The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching within the guidelines of the Lourdes Athletic Department that supports the mission of the University and respects the University's Franciscan values - Performs coaching and management activities, including recruitment of student-athletes in a NAIA intercollegiate program - Ensures academic success of student athletes by reviewing progress reports and meets with student athletes to review academic progress - Responsible for all the aspects related to team budget - Coordinates fundraising initiatives and assists with promotion of the team or athletic program as needed.
