The responsibilities of the Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach include assisting the Head Coach with every aspect of a highly competitive NCAA Division I program. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for daily recruiting efforts including the evaluation of talent, coordination of depth charts, planning of trips for staff and PSAs, general correspondence and all things connected to identifying elite athletes. This position requires extensive travel for competition in season and for recruiting out of season, including numerous weekends and some holidays. The Assistant Coach position aids in all aspects of practice and match preparation including drill design and implementation, game day setup, as well as coordination with sports information, marketing and promotions.
