To support the Head Coach in establishing and successfully coaching the program within the guidelines of the Lourdes University Athletic Department in a manner that supports the mission of the University and respects the University's Franciscan values.
Essential Functions of Job: •Performs coaching and management activities, including recruitment of student-athletes in a NAIA intercollegiate program
• Ensures academic success of student athletes by reviewing progress reports and meets with student athletes to review academic progress
• Assists head coach in developing game schedule and coordination of travel
• Responsible for the procurement of purchasing supplies, equipment, uniforms, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
Two years coaching experience at the college level as either a graduate assistant or assistant coach preferred
