Job Summary: The Staff Psychologist/Coordinator of Clinical Services to Student Athletes: (1) performs the duties of a mental health clinician, providing multi-culturally informed clinical services to Miami University students; training and supervisory services to mental health trainees; and consultation services to faculty, staff, students and parents; (2) provides expert clinical services specifically to meet the needs of student athletes, from a position largely embedded within the Department of Inter-Collegiate Athletics (ICA); and (3) coordinates the development and delivery of psycho-educational programming to ICA students, staff, and coaches on topics central to the mental health needs of student athletes following best practice guidelines outlined by the NCAA.
