Defiance College, an NCAA D-III institution and member of the HCAC, seeks an individual to serve as an Assistant Softball Coach. Under the direction of the Head Coach, responsibilities will include coaching, recruiting, practice planning and preparation, academic monitoring, fund raising, mentoring of student-athletes, developing annual service/engagement projects for student-athletes, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the mission of Defiance College, as well as adherence to institutional, Heartland Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.
