The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for an Assistant Coach to provide direct and independent coaching of student-athletes who compete in Division I, NCAA Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving for the University of Florida, as assigned. The Assistant Coach is responsible for promoting academic excellence as well as the assessment and recruitment of prospective student-athletes, including creating individualized development plans for each student-athlete and contributing to overall meet plans. Other responsibilities include: media relations; inventory and purchasing; facilitating team meetings; budget line-item management; administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the Head Coach.
