SUMMARY This position serves as the leader GVSU’s NCAA intercollegiate women’s wrestling program overseeing all aspects of a successful intercollegiate program. PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Develop and implement comprehensive plan to start the varsity women’s wrestling program for competition to begin in the 2024-25 academic year. 2. Leadership and management of all aspects of a collegiate wrestling program including, but not limited to, evaluation and recruitment of student-athletes; creating a positive team culture that retains and graduates its student-athletes; scheduling of practice and competitions; dynamic practice preparation that develops individual’s skills and promotes the team environment. 3.
