The Graduate Assistant for TCU Athletics Student Athlete Development will work directly with the Assistant Athletics Director for Student Development assisting with day to day departmental operations. Responsibilities include, program planning and evaluation of our service and community engagement initiative, personal development programs and, research and administrative support to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. Knowledge and understanding of NCAA, Big 12, and TCU policies and procedures is important.
This is an on campus in person appointment. Candidate must be willing and able to move to Fort Worth, TX. Admission into a graduate program at TCU is required (excluding Master in Liberal Arts) with Higher Education or Counseling preferred. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and if necessary travel with assigned sports.
