The Athletic Annual Giving Coordinator will coordinate and assist with planning, developing, and executing fundraising efforts for our Athletics Division.
Coordinates and implements special fundraising projects, programs, and events. Includes creating announcement materials, tracking participation, making arrangements for event and program facilities, catering, setup/breakdown, equipment, and presenters.
Develops and implements strategies to market, grow, and implement monthly giving program.
Participates in on-campus and off-campus social engagements, events or activities outside of normal business hours as appropriate for the purpose of donor qualification, cultivation and stewardship. Aids in outreach and follow up for events and activities on behalf of the department.
Maintains up-to-date information in advancement database on significant prospect contacts regarding solicitations, stewardship and evaluations including capacity, prospect interests, contact reports, future steps and plans, and demographic changes. Responsible for producing regular workflow summaries and reports.
Generates unrestricted and designated support towards the Athletic Department's annual financial goal through the solicitation of prospects using technology resources including, but not limited to: face to face visits, telephone, mail, email and social media.
Serves as a contact for current and prospective Panther Club donors via phone and email communication. Responsible for the execution of The Panther Club's annual membership cycle (database management, communications, etc.).
Assists with in-house membership packet fulfillment process.
Assists with the growth of the donor base for annual and major gifts to strengthen the philanthropic message of the Panther Club by using innovative, data driven marketing strategies.
Attends and interact with donors and prospective donors at Panther Club events and athletic competitions.
