The One Razorback Pathway Program provides Graduate Assistants the opportunity to gain experience in internal and external areas within Razorback Athletics during their assistantship. Graduate Assistant may be assigned to any of the following areas: Academics, Administration, Compliance, Marketing, Student-Athlete Development, Athlete Brand Development, Facilities/Event Management. Graduate Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the execution of a variety of projects and/or assignments in the designated areas. Graduate Assistant will obtain practical experience and be provided the opportunity to build positive relationships with various professionals in the field.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Preferred Qualifications:
Enrollment or acceptance into a University of Arkansas graduate program and/or law school
Interest in working in intercollegiate athletics
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent organization, oral and interpersonal communication, analytical and writing skills
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional environment and meet established work deadlines
