Under indirect supervision, this position is responsible for creating and maintaining a successful Men’s Gymnastics program. The Head Coach is responsible for evaluating, recruiting, training and coaching Cadet-Athletes to compete successfully against Division I intercollegiate level competition. This position reports directly to the assigned Sport Administrator, keeping them apprised of all planning, organizing, staffing and development of the Army West Point Men’s Gymnastics program. This is a professional coaching position, and all duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of the United States Military Academy, Army West Point Athletic Association, Inc. (“AWPAA”), Eastern Collegiate Athletics Conference (“ECAC”) and the NCAA.

This position will be housed within the Army West Point Athletic Association, Inc. (AWPAA), which is a non-profit corporation organized to manage and support the 30 intercollegiate athletic programs at the Academy. The AWPAA mission is to provide an extraordinary NCAA Division I athletic experience that develops leaders of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country.
