Compensation for youth head coaches is on a "per team" basis, on a 10-month contract. Salary varies based on team age and level, and coaches experience, level, and licensing.
Full-time (year-round) contracts also available for coaches assuming additional responsibilities within the club, and year-round availability.

Job Description:
Brooklyn City F.C. is actively searching for enthusiastic, education-oriented coaches specifically interested in and qualified to work with girls teams from U7-U18. At Brooklyn City F.C., coaches are educators who maximize learning at both the individual player and team levels. Brooklyn City F.C. unites grassroots, youth, and adult teams through a consistent and cohesive methodology, focused on a proactive, high-energy style of play, trained through a clear and concise game model. Roles & Responsibilities:
It is expected that successful candidates follow specific standards, roles, and responsibilities in their role as youth coach:
Train and coach girls teams, from u7-u18.
Follow the club’s methodology, develop individual player milestones, and implement the game model to integrate the club’s style of play- appropriate to their age group- through stimulating training sessions.
Attend in-house coaching education sessions and demonstrate a desire for professional and personal growth.
Contribute positively to the development of the club’s culture through club events.
Create individual development plans (IDPs) for individual players, communicate to players their current assessment, and key development areas for future growth.
Communicate effectively and timely with the teams they coach (and/or team parents), regarding match, training, and event schedules.
Show initiative and commitment to helping the club further its mission to create a positive competitive experience for all players and families.

Brooklyn City F.C. is a non-profit soccer club, serving and uniting diverse communities across Brooklyn. The club fields Women's and Men's senior teams, competing in the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) and the Cosmopolitan League. Below the adult level sits an extensive youth system of over 25 teams, girls and boys, ages 5-18, as well as a grassroots level of an additional 400 youth players.
Our Senior coaching staff is led by Kim Wyant on the Women's side, and Jason (Jay) Orban on the Men's side. Jay also serves at the club's Youth Technical Director, with a staff of 10+ youth coaches, both full-time and part-time. Many players on our senior teams are also youth coaches within the club, providing a culture of deep integration between all levels of our club community.
