Job Description: What We're Looking For
The Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Annual Giving reports to the Director of Ticket Sales and Annual Giving. This position plays a vital role in outbound sales efforts for all Baylor Athletics ticketed sports, while contributing to fundraising efforts.
A Associate degree, one year of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Bachelors degree preferred. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Solicit premium and non-premium sales for all ticketed venues
Provide event assistance for all ticket-related issues
Assist with Ticket Office and Baylor Bear Foundation ticket fulfillment
Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects with the intent of identifying, cultivating, and growing donor relationships
Oversee sport specific giving for assigned teams
Assist with supervision of student-workers.
Acquire and steward new Bear Foundation members
Communicate with key constituents relative to ticket sales issues
Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree and one year of relevant experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency, specifically relating to ticket sales
Organize and prioritize work to meet all deadlines
Availability to works games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Working knowledge of Paciolan and Vision
Experience working Ticket Sales Office/Demonstrated success in ticket sales and donor relations
