Collaborates with University Relations & Advancement on Athletics-related fund development and marketing activities. Serves as the sport administrator for select sports, hires, supervises, mentors, and evaluates direct reports and staff within areas of oversight. Works as a team-oriented strategist able to effectively manage complex situations involving numerous and sometimes competing constituencies. As a leader, demonstrates a commitment to student success that is mission aligned with the university’s vision, values and priorities. Establishes an ethical and collegial work environment, promoting a collaborative, accountable and inclusive team. • Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a job-related field.
• Equivalent to five (5) years of experience as a head coach or administrator in intercollegiate athletics; with three of the five years in a supervisory or management role desired.
