Serve as the primary ticket operations manager for football and other unique high-profile events (e.g., concerts, etc.): responsibilities include, but are not limited to: all back-end and eCommerce software system builds and maintenance, as well as priority allocations for all events; manage and oversee all football player guest, recruit and coaching staff ticket operations; serve as a liaison to the Army A Club to assist with all needs related to donor ticketing and parking.
Serve as the primary manager of all eCommerce platform operations, covering tickets, events, game-used and game-worn memorabilia, and other items/packages sold online.
Train and monitor other ticketed- sport managers to ensure efficient sales and operations are being conducted for their ticketed sports.
Serve as the primary manager of all ticket scanning operations, ensuring efficient scanning operations are being conducted at all ticketed athletic events; train and monitor other ticketed sport managers to ensure efficient scanning operations are conducted at their events.
Serve as the primary year-round back-end and online (e.g., eBay & evenue) operations manager for Army West Point Authentic, the organization’s game-worn and game-used memorabilia revenue unit.
Serve as a key team member for all pricing and planning initiatives related to all events & items to be sold.
Provide an exceptional level of customer service to ensure repeat business.
At least two years of applicable and relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Paciolan Software and MS Office 365
Demonstrate good judgment and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
