Coker University is seeking highly-motivated applicants for the position of Assistant Cross Country/Track and Field Coach. Coker is a member of NCAA Division II and competes in the South Atlantic Conference. This position will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all areas of the program including: conducting practices and conditioning, recruiting, monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes, fundraising, scheduling, and other coaching and administrative duties under the direction of the Head Coach to assist the track and field programs; experience in distance training/events is preferred. This position will foster and champion DEI and maintain an equity mindset and will support and model the University service standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university is required. Master's degree is preferred. Intercollegiate coaching experience is preferred.
