The Assistant Director of Athletic Development Operations is a member of a team of development and advancement professionals within a dynamic and growing athletics program. Under the direct leadership of the Executive Director of the Seahawk Club, the Assistant Director will: Develop and execute targeted strategies to increase alumni and friend giving with a gift-level concentration of $1,000 to $10,000. Advance active proposals for a portfolio of prospects. Track progress through Advancement’s prospect management system. Direct the effective handling of gifts. Assist in the management of Seahawk Club communication strategies. Coordinate with Ticket Operations. Manage donor benefits.
