Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Two-year minimum experience preferred in planning and leading strength and conditioning activity. National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), College Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) or other nationally recognized certification required or eligible for certification. Experience in collegiate setting is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, work nights and weekends required, ability to work weekends and nights, and ability to lift approximately 30 pounds. Any combination of acceptable education and experience, which has provided the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the requirements of this position, may be considered. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination, medical and religious exemptions will be required.
