This position is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Women’s Rowing Program. This includes, but is not limited to: the recruitment and retention of student-athletes; their coaching in an effort to increase their athletic performance; fundraising for their individual sport; and the leading of an athletic program that will advance the brand of High Point University.
