The Director of Creative Media and Production will work as part of the Beaver Creative team to ensure content and production of high-quality, compelling videos and other creative audio or visual content for Oregon State Athletics.
Teamwork, communication, cinematography, technology knowledge and editing will be critical skills for this position.

- Bachelor’s degree in new media communication, marketing, video or similar
- Minimum of two years previous videography & production experience (undergraduate work to be considered at a .5 rate)
- Familiarity with video software, such as Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut, Vegas, or like software.
- Working knowledge of digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras for video.
- Experience recording video and editing content for digital platform distribution, such as social media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) or web sites.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite along with the ability to produce and create exciting audio-visual content.
- A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
- This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.
- This position requires driving a university vehicle or a personal vehicle on behalf of the university; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in their state of residence, be determined to be position qualified and self-report convictions as per University Policy 05-030.
