The Director of Creative Media and Production will work as part of the Beaver Creative team to ensure content and production of high-quality, compelling videos and other creative audio or visual content for Oregon State Athletics.
Teamwork, communication, cinematography, technology knowledge and editing will be critical skills for this position.

Bachelor’s degree in new media communication, marketing, video or similar
Minimum of two years previous videography & production experience (undergraduate work to be considered at a .5 rate)
Familiarity with video software, such as Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut, Vegas, or like software.
Working knowledge of digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras for video.
Experience recording video and editing content for digital platform distribution, such as social media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) or web sites.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite along with the ability to produce and create exciting audio-visual content.
A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.
This position requires driving a university vehicle or a personal vehicle on behalf of the university; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in their state of residence, be determined to be position qualified and self-report convictions as per University Policy 05-030.
