Head Coach of Women's Soccer Head Coach of Women’s Soccer is responsible for the continued development and success of the Ohio Northern University Women’s Soccer Program. Manage all aspects of the team operation. Budget, assistant coaches, team travel, academics, equipment, recruiting, etc. Principle Responsibilities: Prepare team for success in competition and academic responsibilities. Duties include recruiting, coordination of team travel, camp and clinic development and interaction with student-athletes, staff management and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
