Indiana State University is seeking candidates for the Head Coach, Women's Soccer position. This person will plan, organize, and coach the ISU Women's Soccer team. Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing leadership and instruction in the personal and athletic development of student athletes. Directing and coordinating the activities of the women’s soccer staff. Ensuring compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA policies and regulations. Analyzing game statistics and tactical data of opponents and preparing game plans accordingly. Counseling team members in academic, disciplinary and personal matters. Determining recipients of soccer scholarships. Determining fiscal requirements and preparing budgetary recommendations. Rules Compliance is a central element in personnel matters for employees within the Department of Athletics and for those employees outside the Department of Athletics who are involved in NCAA rules compliance activities. These individuals must comply with all NCAA rules on compliance and will be evaluated on that basis.
