Western Colorado University is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Head Women’s Volleyball Coach. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing leadership, planning, organizing, and for administering all aspects of, the Western’s Women’s Volleyball program including but not limited to: providing strong leadership, recruiting highly qualified student-athletes, practice and competition scheduling, coaching athletes in practice and games, maintenance of a strong academic environment, supervision of coaching staff, maintaining budget, conducting and managing all facets of camps, cultivate alumni, direct involvement working with program specific fund-raising as well as participation in Athletic Department fund-raising.
