Execute the strategic plan of the Associate Athletic Director, adhering to directives, planning and accountability and assist in daily execution of athletics communications plan. - Serve as the primary communication contact for selected sports (a combination, but not all, of the following: women’s basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, track & field/cross country). - Create original graphics/templates and install the creative direction of the communication office for use on social media, UTAMavs.com and other public-facing materials. - Generate content and develop storylines for UTAMavs.com and related social media channels, including game notes, press releases and other news stories. - Report statistics, schedules, rosters and all other media needs in a timely manner to UTAMavs.
