Athletic Facilities Operations Manager
Job Summary : The Athletic Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Harvard Athletics Allston Complex including the Bright-Landry Hockey Center. The incumbent will manage a team of full- and part-time staff members who serve Harvard and external community members year-round. Administrative responsibilities include organizational matters such as staff scheduling and management, facility maintenance, assigning, tracking, and completing work orders in addition to other duties. This position reports to the Associate Director of Athletics, Facilities & Operations and provides operational oversight of the physical plant, ice maintenance, equipment/heavy machinery, and ensures all areas are properly maintained to foster a safe working environment.
