This role will serve as a member of the Athletic Development team and will assist the Associate Athletic Director with the strategic direction and goal setting to increase membership retention and encourage progression through the donor pipeline. You will make timely and effective front-line customer service decisions pertaining to current and new Trojan Athletic Fund (TAF) memberships.
