The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Director of NIL Strategy to serve as the primary contact for NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness). This position will develop both short-term and long-term strategies to stay current on NIL developments and best practices. Responsibilities include serving as NIL liaison with head coaches, staff, student-athletes, INFLCR, NIL platforms, and collectives. This position will collaborate with a variety of constituents regarding opportunities, educational programs, and compliance for various stakeholders.
