General Summary: The Associate Athletic Director for Compliance Services maintains a primary role in providing compliance and governance services for Western Michigan University coaches, staff, and student-athletes. This includes daily rules interpretations, ongoing rules education and student-athlete services in the areas of financial aid, eligibility, NIL and housing. Major duties: Primary responsibility for daily rules compliance activities and interpretations for coaches and staff members. Develop timely and comprehensive educational presentations and materials for coaches and staff members to promote awareness of current NCAA and Governance related issues. Direct the National Letter of Intent and Financial Aid Offer processes to create scholarship offers
