Public Relations Specialist II (internal: Asst. Director of Marketing) - Athletics
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Public Relations Specialist II – Athletics. This position will report to an Assistant Athletic Director.
Among the key duties of this position are: Manage all marketing, fan experience, digital and traditional advertising, merchandise strategies, and promotional efforts for Rutgers Athletics for assigned sports. Assist and lead with other duties as assigned, such as new ticket driving initiatives, increasing attendance and atmosphere, including football game day and various responsibilities. Responsible for the annual internship program which requires many critical responsibilities of hiring, managing, planning, scheduling, and onboarding our many interns throughout the course of the year.
