Duties for the head coach will include managing all aspects involved in running a Lacrosse program including coaching, recruiting and program administration. The program will operate within the athletic policies and mission of Westminster College, the President’s Athletic Conference (PAC) and NCAA Division III.

Primary responsibilities include:

•All aspects of coaching and administration of a Division III Lacrosse program •Recruiting athletically and academically qualified student athletes •Organizing, scheduling, and conducting practices and games •Encouraging commitment to academic excellence •Ensuring program compliance with all College, PAC, and NCAA rules and regulations •Fundraising and outreach programs •Additional administrative duties as assigned

A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with previous college level coaching and recruiting experience.
