Birmingham-Southern College has an opening for Assistant Coach, Swimming and Diving. The Assistant Coach will recruit, train, and coach members of the Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving programs, coordinate practice and competition schedules, and perform various administrative duties. This is a full-time, twelve-month position. Start date will be August 1st. Birmingham-Southern College is a member of the Southern Athletic Association and a member of the NCAA at the Division III level. Bachelor’s degree required. A strong commitment to the Student-Athlete concept and a working knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations is required. One to two years collegiate/USA Club coaching experience including effective leadership, communication, coaching and recruiting skills is preferred. Candidates must possess a current driver's license and be insurable. Motor Vehicle Reports will be reviewed on top candidates.
