The Director of Fan Experience and Game Presentation will create an overall approach to the Tulsa Hurricane game day experience that drives excitement, entertainment and informs the fans from pre-game through post game.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for planning the best fan experience in America; this will include all aspects of the game day experience from campus entry to egress
• Develop and coordinate all pre-game activities including, but not limited to, tailgating, student-section activities, and concourse engagement opportunities.
• Develop engaging and innovative show scripts and run of show for gameday and special events
• Produce in-game run of show including leading game day rehearsals.
• Provide direction to all game day staff and entertainers to ensure every contest, performance and sponsored elements are properly executed
• Manage the selection and editing of the in-game music and videos
• Lead the strategy, planning and execution of fan and sponsorship game activations to ensure authentic, highly engaging, and varied content and engagement experiences for fans
• Develop groundbreaking content and an unparalleled fan experience
• Provide genuine collaboration required with internal units to bring game presentation to life
• Collaborate with marketing, digital and social media teams to integrate social media into each game
