Under general direction of the Director of Athletics, the Head Track & Field/Cross Country Coach is responsible for the management of a competitive NCAA DII track & field/cross country program, managed in accordance with NCAA, Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC), and Hillsdale College policies and regulations. Areas of responsibility include: management of coaching staff, recruitment of student-athletes, student-athlete development, manage budget, adherence to NCAA/GMAC legislation, and other duties as assigned.
