Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach
To assist the Head Strength Coach in the development, promotion and supervision of all facets of the College’s Strength & Conditioning program. Design and guide student-athletes through a regimen of exercises to optimize performance and decrease potential for injury; teaching proper weight lifting, speed, agility, and conditioning techniques while motivating student-athletes to train and perform to their utmost potential.
1.Program design and implementation for assigned programs. Ensure proper technique and safe training conditions for all student-athletes and teams.
2.Upkeep of the varsity weight room. Ensure weight room is secure, clean, and in safe working order at all times.
