Within Student Affairs, the Department of Athletics serves the entire campus community and its alumni. It is responsible for creating an institutional culture that is supportive of students. The department provides leadership in the development of services and programs that enrich student life, extend and enhance the academic experience, and contribute to an environment that encourages personal growth and development. The Facilities & Event Operations, under the general supervision of the Senior Associate Athletic Director/Senior Women’s Administrator, is responsible for general oversight and the daily operations of all athletic facilities and varsity game operations which includes 16 varsity sports, special fundraisers, outside contract events, custodial services, equipment operations, and facility maintenance and repairs. The incumbent is a resource for student-athletes, coaches, and administrative staff in athletics and across campus for the coordination of facility scheduling and maintenance, implementation of best practices, advisement of the appropriate processes and procedures, analytical decision making, and compliance within National Collegiate Athletic Association and Big West Conference (BWC) policies and guidelines.
Education & Experience:
Administrative Analyst/Specialist – Exempt l: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and (3) three years of related experience.
Licenses, Certificates, Credentials:
Possession of a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain by date of hire.

Ability to work within the framework of the BWC, NCAA and University regulations.
Strong computer knowledge and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and adjust to new situations as they develop.
Knowledge of 25live scheduling system.

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
