The Assistant Director, Ticket Operations is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day financial operation of the ticket office. Primary sports supervisor for Soccer, WBB and SB and responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervision of all student and gameday workers.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university;
A minimum of two years of ticket office experience;
Demonstrated working knowledge of the Paciolan Ticketing System;
Demonstrated strong communication skills and experience in working with the public;
Basic office equipment and computer skills;
Must work during regular business office hours and required to work athletic events as assigned by the Assistant AD - Ticket Operations;
Travel with Athletic teams as directed by the Assistant AD - Ticket Operations;
Ability to work an irregular schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
