The Assistant Coordinator will work as a member of the Football staff. Responsibilities include the management of front-line operations and customer relations, provide professional complex interrelated administrative support to the Head Coach, coordinate travel primarily for the Head Coach, compose correspondence, manage databases, collaborate with the creation, organization, and implementation of hospitality and fundraising events, manage office functions for effectiveness and efficiency, assist with the coordination and communications to the Champions Club and perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. Ability to team effectively with staff, recruits, alumni, and donors. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, while working independently as well as collaboratively, in a flexible and professional manner. Ability to ensure that the office functions efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
A minimum of one year of experience working in a support role within an athletic department is preferred.
