This individual will be directly responsible for the overall direction of the women’s soccer program. This involves recruiting, retaining team members, assembling/developing a competent assistant coaching staff, and overall in-season/off-season strategies/programs. Must follow Iowa Central Community College’s academic/conduct policies and NJCAA and ICCAC rules and regulations. The Student Development Assistant is responsible for retaining and enrolling prospective, former, and current students.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. College playing experience preferred, coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Must hold a current Class C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement or willingness to complete prior to athletic season.
