Missouri Valley College, a NAIA institution which competes in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, invites applications for (2) full-time, 12-month positions of Head Strength/Conditioning Coach and an Assistant Strength/Conditioning Coach with duties assigned according to qualification to the Admissions Department.
Coaching duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the organization, supervision, and administration of an Athletic Department wide strength program and coaching duties for a NAIA Power Lifting program and Olympic Lifting program. Primary coaching responsibilities will include the successful identification, evaluation and recruitment of academically qualified student-athletes in which to build and maintain a competitive athletic program. Position starts June, 2021.
Master’s degree preferred but not required. Recruiting, admissions experience, computer and technology proficiencyis preferred, with a minimum of two years coaching experience. Employment requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree if hired for non-teaching position and CSCS or CSCCA certified.
