Randolph-Macon College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, invites applicants for an Assistant Field Hockey Coach (Intern). The normal dates of this 10-month position run July 15 – May 15. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all practice and game day preparations, as well as coordinating travel, ordering equipment/apparel, aiding in fundraising efforts, performing tactical analysis of opponents, tracking academic progress of student-athletes, recruitment of perspective student-athletes and any other duties assigned by head coach or athletic director.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Previous competitive playing experience at college or university level required. Previous coaching experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
