The Graduate Assistant for Lacrosse is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, training, monitoring academic progress, promotions, fundraising, and coaching team members. The graduate assistant is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by University of the Cumberlands, and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), of which University of the Cumberlands is a member.
Earned Bachelor's degree prior to start date
Successful acceptance into a UC graduate program
Represent University of the Cumberlands and the program in a professional manner
High level of personal integrity and outstanding work ethic
Knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations
Outstanding skills in oral and written communication
Good organizational ability and computer competency
