Job Duties: - Execute all forms of Digital Content for Marketing, Social Media, and Sports Information
- Coordinate pregame hype videos, recruiting graphics, and other digital media and promotion needs by the athletic teams
- Produce and Edit all digital content as it aligns with the Marketing Plans and those of the McNeese Athletic Foundation
- Develop the media plan, addressing all forms of advertising (commercials, newspaper, etc), and designing and executing the artwork for posters, schedule cards, and other fan marketing items.
- Coordinates the photographers, videographers, and other elements of game media
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Adheres to NCAA and Southland Conference rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the department, the University, and the University of Louisiana System (ULS).
Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Preferred: Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Experience: - Knowledge and understanding of Graphic Design and Digital Media
- Experience in developing relevant analysis of social media opportunities and strategies
- Ability to communicate with diverse audiences in a way they can and will effectively steward and advance the Athletics Department.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications and management skills.
Qualifications: - Ability to operate a departmental budget within allocated resources
- Ability to supervise personnel through previous leadership experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA DI rules, practices, policies, philosophy and procedures.
